Use this mooncat storefront lawfully and without disrupting its services. Product images, descriptions, availability and prices may be corrected when an error is found; lighting and screens can affect shade appearance.
Orders and delivery
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Acceptance depends on stock, accurate customer and billing details, payment authorization, security review and delivery availability. Prices are shown in CAD; any applicable taxes and shipping charges appear at checkout. Normal processing is 1–2 business days after authorization, followed by estimated 4–6 business days in transit, as explained in Shipping Policy.
Customer remedies
Within 30 days after delivery we accept requests involving defective goods, qualifying non-defective new goods and exchanges. Non-defective items must be new, unused and in original condition. Obtain approval before mailing with the free prepaid label included in the parcel. No restocking fee applies. An approved refund is processed and initiated to the original method within 10 days; bank posting can take longer. See Refund Policy for the full procedure.
