Preparation and transit
After payment is authorized, we normally process an order in 1–2 business days. Carrier transit after dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days. These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Destination, charges and tracking
Available delivery destinations, services and charges appear at checkout for the address entered. Check the address and contact information before placing an order. We provide tracking information when it becomes available from the carrier.
If a parcel needs attention
For a delay, missing package, delivered-but-not-found update or visible damage, write to ri0705340@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email and tracking reference; photos help when the parcel is damaged.
